You must hold a valid license to work as a Private Investigator in Saskatchewan. Licenses are issued under the Private Investigators and Security Guards Act, 1997. To apply for the license, you must successfully complete the Saskatchewan Justice Approved Security Guard Training Course through an approved course provider. To pass you must score at least 75% on the exam and show experience in conducting investigations.
